Choice of 2 entree: Chicken Fajita, Beef Fajita, Chicken Enchilada, Beef Chili, Tacos, Beef Burrito.  Served with Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Spanish rice.

Southwestern Spinach:
Baby Spinach, Diced Tomato, Peppers, Avocado, diced eggs, shredded cheese, served with a Cilantro Citrus vinaigrette.

Taco Salad: Romaine iceberg mix, diced tomatoes, red onion, black olives, taco meat, and shredded cheese. Served with salsa, toasted chips and ranch dressing.

Caribbean Salad: Baby greens topped with pineapple chunks, toasted coconut, avocado, served with honey-lime cilantro dressing.

Siesta Salad:  Baby Greens, Avacado, Black Beans, Corn, Diced onion, Diced Plum Tomato,
Topped with shredded Cheese served with Cilantro Ranch dressing.

Dessert:  An Assortment of Cookies, Brownies, Bars, Sliced Cake.
