Menu selections & final guest attendance needed ten days prior to the function. Final counts cannot be decreased after this date. The function date should be reserved as soon as possible.
A deposit of 25% of the estimated food cost will be required to confirm the date of any function. In the event of a cancellation sixty days or less from the function date the deposit shall be retained by Creative Catering.
All Functions must be paid for in Full upon or before Delivery. Functions with Balance due of over $500.00 Must Be Paid by either Cashier Check, Cash, or Credit Card. No Personal Checks accepted for orders $500.00. Company Purchase Orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover accepted. All credit cards need to authorized 72 hours prior to delivery. Gratuities are not automatically added but are accepted. We leave tipping up to the discretion of our clients.
Minimum 75 guests for staff.
Waitress: $25.00 per Hour with a Minimum of 4 Hours, Plus 18% gratuities.
Chefs: $30.00 per Hour with a Minimum of 4 Hours, Plus 18% gratuities.

Gratuities are not automatically added to the bill for drop off and set up service. We leave the amount of tip up to our customers. We thank you in advanced for your generosity. All other service events will be subject to 18% gratuities charge.
All Meals Are Subject to 7.00% Massachusetts State and local Meals Tax.
Delivery, Set-Up and equipment pick up fee applies fee vary according to distance. Regular Corporate accounts within our service area will be exempt delivery . No equipment will given to customers for PICK UP orders. Minimum $300.00 food order for delivery.
