    Hot Luncheon:

    Baked Virginia Ham With A Sweet And Sour Glaze
    Roast Pork Loin With Choice Of Herb Sauce, Teriyaki Hoisin Sauce Or A Demi Glaze Sauce.
    Baked Stuffed Chicken:  Bread & Herb stuffing, Broccoli & Cheese  Or Spinach & Cheese.

    Choice of One Side:

    Rice: Rice Pilaf, Spanish Rice, Fried Rice, Dirty Rice, Wild Rice.

    Orzo: Rice Shaped Pasta Simmered and Served in a Light Tomato Sauce and Topped With Crumbled Feta Cheese and Parmesan Cheese.

    Potato: Oven Roasted Red Bliss Potato, Oven Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes, Mashed Potato, Garlic Mashed Potato, Garlic Basil Mashed Potato, Sweet Potatoes, Steamed Garlic Herb Baby Potato.

    Couscous:  With Diced Tomato, Onions, Kalamata Olives, Basil and Feta Cheese.

    Pasta: Penne Pasta with Choice of Red Sauce, Alfredo Sauce, Tomato Cream Sauce, or Aglio Olio.

    Polenta: An Italian Dish of Cornmeal Baked with Stock, Butter, Feta Cheese and Fresh Herbs Diced tomato and Finished with Parmesan Cheese.
